Orchard View Post Acute
Full Time | Monday through Friday
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
Orchard View Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and energetic Rehab Aide to join our therapy team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, supporting therapists, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Assist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with non-clinical treatment activities as directed
- Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions
- Transport residents safely to and from therapy appointments
- Clean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spaces
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other departmental administrative duties
- Accurately enter data into PointClickCare and other electronic systems as needed
- Monitor therapy inventory and notify leadership when supplies need to be reordered
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support outstanding resident outcomes

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation, healthcare, or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Proficient with basic computer skills, including PointClickCare or similar electronic medical record systems
- Ability to safely assist with transporting residents and handling therapy equipment
- Dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
