Location: Whitstable, Kent (CT5)
Salary: A GBP 16.85 per hour
Vacancy Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: 8:00am - 10:00pm on a 4-week rota (including weekends)

Head First is recruiting dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Workers on behalf of our client to join an established and supportive multidisciplinary team.
This role involves supporting a gentleman in his early 40s to achieve his personal goals, maximise his rehabilitation potential, and enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life.
About The Role
You will provide person-centred support, therapy assistance, and companionship in the client's own home and within the community. You will work alongside therapists (including occupational and physiotherapy therapists) to follow structured rehabilitation programmes.

Your Role Will Include
- Supporting rehabilitation programmes set by therapists
- Assisting with daily living and promoting independence
- Supporting community access and social activities
- Encouraging participation in hobbies and interests

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS check (paid for if required)
