We support individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence with the aim to return home or to more independent living. The Rehabilitation Support Workers, work alongside our neurotherapy team to implement goals and strategies. We don't need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is given. What we are looking for is a variety of people who are kind, grounded, proactive people who love working in a positive creative team.
Our Barnsley team have been awarded a very rare Outstanding in all areas in their CQC inspection and in their Headway, ABI approved provider scheme across all 6 domains. This is due to the great environment and outcomes in working with individuals regain their lives after accident or injury.

This role is on a rota basis which includes evening and weekend work. The role will involve all aspects of personal care depending on the needs of people in the service.
Bank/ occasional, part-time and full-time positions are available.
