Role
The Service Delivery Admin role plays a key part in supporting our Rehire Department. The role is fast-paced and requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders. You will act as the link between our depots, customers, and Rehire suppliers, ensuring equipment is delivered and collected within strict service level agreements.
You will be responsible for managing the whole admin cycle for the rehire team, confirming delivery times for customers, ensuring items are delivered successfully, and collected as requested. This role is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and supporting the growth of our rehire network.
As part of the Rehire team, you will work to defined KPIs around the quantity of outstanding unconfirmed on hires and off hires, and number of rehire supplier invoice queries with clear opportunities to improve processes and strengthen supplier relationships. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by delivering results under pressure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
