Reinstatement Supervisor – Competitive Salary – Essex & Suffolk

The Role

Are you an experienced Reinstatement Supervisor who enjoys leading teams and delivering work to the highest standards? Do you have the knowledge and leadership skills to ensure every reinstatement is completed safely, efficiently and with quality at the forefront? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

CLC is looking for an experienced Reinstatement Supervisor to join our growing operational team covering Essex and Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects, support skilled operatives and play an important role in delivering high-quality reinstatement works across the region.

As a Reinstatement Supervisor, you'll oversee reinstatement teams, carry out site inspections and help maintain exceptional standards across every project. No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to work across a variety of sites while developing your career with a business that values its people and encourages progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise reinstatement teams across Essex and Suffolk.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with industry standards and specifications.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits.
  • Promote a strong health, safety and compliance culture.
  • Coach, support and develop operatives to achieve excellent results.
  • Work closely with operational teams to deliver an outstanding service.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship across every project.

The Person

To succeed as a Reinstatement Supervisor, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in a reinstatement supervisory role.
  • NRSWA Supervisor accreditation.
  • Excellent knowledge of SROH and highway reinstatement standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for quality and safety.
