Vacancy Introduction
As a Reinstatement Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing reinstatement works associated with water and wastewater network projects, ensuring all activities are completed safely, compliantly and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate operational teams, monitor performance, undertake site inspections and ensure works are completed in line with company procedures, client requirements and industry specifications. Working closely with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of workmanship while supporting the successful delivery of essential water infrastructure projects.

What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising reinstatement activities within the water industry
- Knowledge of clean water and wastewater network operations and reinstatement requirements
- Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental practices within water sector projects
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and contractors
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to monitor performance, complete inspections and ensure compliance with company and client standards
Qualifications Required
- NRSWA Supervisor Accreditation
- Full UK Driving Licence
- EUSR Water Hygiene Card
- Relevant experience within water network or wastewater operations
Desirable Qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid at Work Certification
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Utilities, Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Temporary Works Supervisor qualification
