Job Opportunity for Travel Consultant (German-speaking) in Luxury Lifestyle Management
To complement our team at our Cape Town or London office, we are looking for a professional, motivated, and dedicated Travel Consultant (m/w/d) - German-speaking in the field of Luxury Lifestyle Management, as soon as possible or by agreement.

Your Tasks:
- Advise our clients - premium card members - by phone and email in German and English
- Process customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
- Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
- Create customized offers and travel documents as well as develop travel plans
- Passionately advise and arrange travel experiences
- Actively sell special promotions and exclusive offers
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Excellent language skills in professional German and English, written and spoken (C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference)
- Additional language skills in French or Italian are an advantage
- Completed higher education or equivalent education, ideally in the tourism sector
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with a tour operator or travel agency
- Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
- Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
- Work authorization in the United Kingdom or South Africa, without visa sponsorship
- Flexibility: Willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday
- Note: This position is not suitable for career changers. Previous experience in the travel industry and practical experience in advising and booking travel are required.
