About Us

Early Help supports children, young people, and families by providing the right help at the right time. We take a strengths-based approach, focusing on what is working well while building confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. By intervening early, we aim to prevent small challenges from escalating into more significant difficulties.

We pride ourselves on being approachable, compassionate, and inclusive working alongside families in a way that is supportive, respectful, and easy to access. We believe every family deserves the opportunity to thrive.

The Early Help Relationship and Resilience Service provides structured, intensive, and time-limited support to families, typically delivered over a 12-week period (with the possibility of a short extension of up to 4 weeks, subject to managerial agreement).

Our work is guided by the PAACE model and underpinned by trauma-informed practice, ensuring that support is both evidence-based and sensitive to individual experiences.

Practitioners undertake holistic, whole-family assessments, considering parental, child, environmental, and relational factors. The service works with children and young people aged 0-18 and their families who may require additional support to overcome challenges and achieve positive, sustainable change. Our goal is to empower families to build lasting resilience, strengthen relationships, and embed long-term behavioural change—reducing the need for future interventions and helping families move forward with confidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
