The Opportunity

Red Kite Lending is an exciting early-stage bridging finance lender, providing tailored lending solutions to property investors and developers, with a high focus on flexibility, innovation, and ultimate transparency.

Products range from complex heavy refurbishment facilities to simple bridging for auction purchases. Lending is fuelled through a mixture of private capital and multiple institutional bank funders.

The organisational model of the business is a flat structure, with direct exposure to the executive management team and founders, keen to empower employees to make decisions and take ownership of their clients and transactions from cradle to grave – whilst also giving the opportunity to own part of a fast-growing business.

This is not only an opportunity to develop and expand your property lending skills, but to also have your voice heard in strategic discussions, product development, and financing arrangements.

For anybody who wants to be part of an inclusive work culture, be more than just a cog in a large organisation, and join in building an exciting and ambitious business, this is the role for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
