Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working collaboratively with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We are an independent organisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we proudly support. About The Role
We seek a Relationship & Engagement Lead to support and strengthen our Associate Clinician Network.
Working closely with:
- The Clinician Support Team Manager
- The Head of Associate Clinician Network
- Operational teams
You will:
- Build and strengthen clinician relationships
- Improve engagement levels
- Ensure smooth delivery of clinical activity across multiple locations and remote services
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact for associate clinicians, fostering strong working relationships and promoting a positive network experience.
- Collaborate with the Clinician Support Team Manager and operational teams to support efficient delivery of clinical services (both site-based and remote).
- Coordinate clinician engagement activities, including:
- Regular remote meetings
- Annual reviews
- CPD events
- Maintenance of the clinician resource hub
- Assist clinicians with operational systems, processes, and queries, ensuring guidance is clear, practical, and timely.
- Work with Quality, Operations, Compliance, clinic coordinators, and bookings teams to:
- Resolve operational issues
- Provide support for complex appointments
- Maintain high standards of service delivery
- Monitor clinician compliance with internal protocols and procedures, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Support audit activity and ensure adherence to:
- Company protocols
- Contractual requirements
- Regulatory guidelines

Requirements & Qualities
You must demonstrate:
✔ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, capable of collaborating across clinician, operational, and support teams. ✔ Strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. ✔ A proactive, supportive approach to problem-solving, with meticulous attention to detail. ✔ Experience coordinating:
- Meetings
- Events
- Network activities
- Clinician reviews ✔ Confident ability to use IT systems and guide others through processes effectively. ✔ Commitment to:

Location & Working Arrangement
- Main base: Canterbury, Kent (no onsite parking available)
- Core hours: 09:00–17:00
- Hybrid model:
- 2 days in-office (Tuesday & Thursday)
- 3 days home-based (WFH)
- Contract: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
