Operations Hybrid Employed - Relationship & Engagement Lead
Location: Canterbury, CT1 3XJ (2 days in office: Tuesday & Thursday)

About The Role
We’re seeking a Relationship & Engagement Lead to strengthen our Associate Clinician Network. Reporting to the Clinician Support Team Manager and working closely with the Head of Associate Clinician Network, this role involves:
- Building positive clinician relationships and fostering engagement across multisite and remote services.
- Supporting smooth delivery of clinical activity whilst collaborating with operational teams.
- Developing clinician engagement (e.g., remote meetings, annual reviews, CPD events) whilst maintaining an online resource hub.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Key Contact Role: Establish and nurture strong relationships with associate clinicians to promote a positive network.
- Delivery Support: Collaborate with the Clinician Support Team Manager and operational teams to ensure efficient, site-based and remote clinical workflows.
- Event Coordination: Organise structured engagement, including:
- Remote clinician meetings
- Annual reviews
- Professional development (CPD) events
- Resource hub management
- Systems Support: Assist clinicians with operational systems/processes to provide clear, practical, timely guidance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Quality, Operations, Compliance, and booking teams to resolve complex appointments and uphold high service standards.
- Compliance Monitoring: Track clinician adherence to internal protocols/regulations, escalating concerns or breaches.
- Audit and Compliance Support: Ensure equipment, processes and records align with company, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Location & Working Arrangements
This role is based in Canterbury (no onsite parking). The standard hours are 09:00-17:00 with these flexible arrangements:
- 2 office days: Tuesday & Thursday
- 3 hybrid days: home/remote working (within a 37.5-hour contract)
Full-time onsite requirement: New employees must move to on-site only, working in Canterbury until core competencies are met.
