About The Role
We are looking for a Relationship & Engagement Lead to support and strengthen our Associate Clinician Network. Working closely with the Clinician Support Team Manager, Head of Associate Clinician Network and operational teams, you will build positive clinician relationships, improve engagement, and help ensure the smooth delivery of clinical activity across multiple locations and remote services.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for associate clinicians, building strong working relationships and promoting a positive network experience.
- Work closely with the Clinician Support Team Manager and operational teams to support the efficient delivery of clinical activity across site-based and remote services.
- Coordinate regular clinician engagement activity, including remote meetings, annual reviews, CPD events and maintenance of the clinician resource hub.
- Support clinicians with operational systems, processes and queries, ensuring guidance is clear, practical and timely.
- Work collaboratively with Quality, Operations, Compliance, clinic coordinators and bookings teams to resolve issues, support complex appointments and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Monitor clinician compliance with internal protocols and procedures, escalating concerns where appropriate.
- Support audit activity and help ensure equipment, processes and records remain compliant with company, contractual and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to work across clinician, operational and support teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and supportive approach to problem-solving, with good attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, reviews or network activity.
- Confidence using IT systems and supporting others to follow processes effectively.
- A commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, equality, diversity and professional standards.
- A values-led approach, with the ability to promote trust, integrity, commitment and kindness in day-to-day work.
The role is based in the centre of Canterbury, Kent (Please note there is no onsite parking). The core hours are 09:00-17:00 with 2 days in office (Tuesday & Thursday) / 3 WFH (37.5h contract) with the working days being Monday to Friday. All new employees will be required to work onsite in Canterbury full time until they achieve their core competencies.
