About the Role
We are seeking an Engagement & Relationship Lead to strengthen our Associate Clinician Network, working closely with senior team members—including the Clinician Support Team Manager, Head of Associate Clinician Network, and operations teams—to:
- Foster strong clinician relationships
- Enhance engagement across site-based and remote services
- Ensure smooth clinical workflows while maintaining operational efficiency
Laboratory and office duties alternate between hybrid working (2 days onsite—Tues & Thurs—3 days remote WTW) within our Canterbury Kent based centre.
Key Responsibilities
** Clinician Relations & Engagement**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for associate clinicians, promoting a positive network experience.
- Build rapport across clinician, operational and support teams, fostering a collaborative culture.
** Operational Coordination**
- Coordinate clinician engagement activities, including:
- Virtual meetings and regional hub maintenance
- Annual performance reviews
- CPD (Continued Professional Development) events
- Ensure clarity on processes, troubleshooting IT systems and supporting clinician compliance.
** Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Partner with Quality, Compliance, Clinic Coordinators and Bookings Teams to:
- Resolve service delivery challenges
- Manage complex appointments
- Maintain high standards of clinical work.

** Governance and Compliance**
- Monitor adherence to internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate non-compliance issues as necessary.
- Support internal audits, ensuring documentation, equipment and processes tick all regulatory boxes.
Required Skills & Experience
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, able to navigate diverse clinician, operational and support teams.
- Strong time-management with proficiency in multitasking—priorities shift rapidly in fast-paced roles.
- Creator of a proactive yet nurturing work environment, with a detail-oriented and empathetic approach.
- Familiarity with coordinating meetings, events, training programmes or network-based activities.
Technical & Organisational
- Familiarity with, and ability to support, IT systems and digital platforms (including instructing others efficiently).
- Robust organisational ability, with a reputation for managing priorities without losing touch with critical details.
Professional Standards
- Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, equality and diversity.
- Values-led mindset, exemplifying trust, integrity, commitment and kindness.
- Experience with psychological or healthcare service environments (advantageous though not mandatory).

Requirements for New Hires As part of Psicon’s ‘safer recruitment’ policy, new employees must pass:
- An enhanced DBS check
- Three-year references
- Evidence of up-to-date mandatory training
- Compliance with UK work-authorisation criteria
Onsite working, full-time at Canterbury, is mandatory until all core competencies are met.
