Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services.

We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation. We’re going places

The opportunity ✨

Build a career in Commercial Partnerships, working with some of the UK's best-known brands and helping shape the everyday ways millions of people collect Avios, our loyalty currency.

Our Partnerships team is responsible for helping our existing partners grow and succeed. Once a new partnership has been established, we work closely with our partners to maximise its long-term success. Identifying new commercial opportunities, improving performance and creating more ways for customers to collect Avios through everyday spending, travel and lifestyle experiences.

As a Commercial Partnerships Executive, you'll support the team responsible for managing and growing these relationships. You'll work with partners such as Nectar, LeShuttle, BP and Pizza Express, helping to deliver initiatives, using data analysis to monitor performance and identify opportunities that create value for our members, our partners and our business.

From day one, you'll have the opportunity to own a portfolio of smaller partner relationships, becoming their day-to-day contact and taking responsibility for helping those partnerships grow. Alongside this, you'll support experienced Partnership Managers who lead some of our largest and most strategic partnerships, giving you exposure to complex commercial relationships while learning from experts in the field.

You'll learn how successful commercial partnerships are built over time, balancing multiple partner priorities, understanding what drives performance and deciding where your time will have the greatest commercial impact. With the support of experienced colleagues, you'll develop the commercial judgement, relationship management skills and partnership expertise to build a successful long-term career in partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend — it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.

What you'll be doing 🚀

  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of partners, becoming their main point of contact and helping them get the most value from their partnership with IAG Loyalty.
  • Support Partnership Managers in managing larger strategic partnerships, preparing for meetings, coordinating actions and helping deliver joint business plans.
  • Plan and coordinate partner campaigns and offers, working closely with Marketing and other teams to ensure activity is delivered on time and achieves the best possible results.
  • Monitor partnership performance by reviewing results, customer engagement and commercial performance, identifying trends and highlighting opportunities to improve results.
  • Prepare reports and presentations that help partners and internal stakeholders understand performance and support future commercial decisions.
  • Work with Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Operations to coordinate activity, remove blockers and keep initiatives moving.
  • Respond to partner queries, resolve day-to-day operational or commercial issues and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
  • Look for opportunities to help partners grow, whether that's improving an existing campaign, identifying ways to increase customer engagement or recommending new ideas based on data and insight.
  • Manage several partnerships and projects at the same time, making informed decisions about where to focus your time to deliver the greatest commercial value.
  • Continuously develop your commercial knowledge by learning from experienced Partnership Managers and gaining exposure to increasingly complex partner relationships.
