Who We Are 🌍

We’re IAG Loyalty - one organisation with two ambitious, growing divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each has its own goals, strategy and team, but together we’re united by a shared vision to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences.

Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services.

Our Holidays division including British Airways Holidays and Iberia Vacaciones, brings together trusted brands, connecting customers to thousands of destinations worldwide through seamless, end-to-end travel experiences.

We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation – we’re going places.

The opportunity ✨

We’re looking for a commercially driven Relationship Manager to lead and grow our insurance (and similar products) proposition.

This is a key role responsible for steering both the performance and long-term strategy of our insurance offering. You’ll combine strong commercial acumen within a regulated or high compliance environment to drive profitable growth, optimise partner performance and unlock new opportunities for our members.

You’ll take ownership of our key insurance partnerships, working to deliver against ambitious growth targets while ensuring compliance and delivering value for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

  • Owning and optimising the commercial performance of our insurance offering
  • Managing key internal and external partners, leading joint business plans and driving delivery
  • Acting as the primary relationship lead for our insurance platform provider
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to grow revenue, margin and customer value
  • Working cross-functionally to shape and prioritise the product and commercial roadmap
  • Analysing performance data to optimise commissions, margins and commercial agreements
  • Ensuring all activity aligns with Financial Services and insurance regulations
  • Partnering with Marketing to deliver insight-led campaigns and offers
  • Driving improvements in ways of working to accelerate delivery and value creation
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer and partner journey through technology
  • Supporting broader business development initiatives within insurance and financial services

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We Might Not Be Right For You If

  • You only want to focus on your to-do list; we’re a small, high-performing team, we help each other to succeed.
  • You value perfection over fast iteration and progress; IAG Loyalty moves fast, we learn and iterate as we go; our environment isn’t right for everyone.
  • You’re looking to create but not build; this is an end-to-end role, you need to be comfortable owning your space, from ideation through to delivery and review.
