The Relationship Manager (South East)

The Relationship Manager (South East) will nurture long-term relationships with Financial Advisers. This role requires excellent proven relationship management skills, ideally able to demonstrate strong existing adviser relationships and capable of driving revenue growth by facilitating the transfer of all assets under management to the Fundment platform, while ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors and wealth managers.
  • Regularly meet with advisers to assess their needs, address concerns, and demonstrate capabilities and new features of the Fundment platform to maximise usage.
  • Identify and overcome barriers to clients transferring all assets to the Fundment platform and facilitate their migration.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to send out collateral to advisers to help promote the Fundment platform to investors, update on new feature releases, partnerships, and latest news.
  • Take regular feedback from advisers on functionality and feature requests.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including transfers and support, engineering, and product specialists, to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify training requirements and facilitate through the adviser success team.
  • Invite clients to Fundment events, attend industry networking events, breakfasts, evening dinners, and awards ceremonies to maintain relationships.

Essential:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in relationship management within platform investment management, wealth management, or financial services sector
  • Solid knowledge of tax wrappers and investment products
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
  • Strong technical ability, able to learn new technologies and demonstrate software.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
