Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with prospective partners in the United Kingdom (boarding schools, independent schools, academic/ sports centers, academies etc.) and build a pipeline of new prospects.
  • Develop and manage relationships with potential & existing clients, influencers and key stakeholders in the United Kingdom.
  • Lead and manage Client Acquisition in the United Kingdom to sign-up with new clients and increase revenue, prospecting new opportunities and clients.
  • Connect with the prospects and relate their needs, aspirations with AddedEducation offerings and converse to enable, help the client sign-up.
  • Ensure gathering of information to understand the prospect’s capability, strong points, interest, and requirements, and develop the Evaluation reports and Engagement plan in collaboration with the team.
  • Responsible for collaborations with internal stakeholders to expedite the sign-up process.
  • Ensure smooth handover of the client to the Delivery team post sign-up closure while continuing to manage relationships and work closely with client and delivery for successful operations and execution of the engagement.
  • Provide active support with social media planning and campaigns.
  • Lead seminars, workshops, webinars with business partners to generate leads.
  • Work closely with other AddedEducation team to provide support to deepen and broaden client-engagement in order to develop new business.
  • Ensure complete adherence to organization policy, processes, and systems.
  • Ensure the uploading/updating of the information/ details in the central Customer Data Management System as per the process.
  • Follow the Work Processes at AddedEducation.
  • The role is fast-paced, sales expectations are to achieve target, therefore work hours are flexible and focused on target achievement.

Required Skills and Educational Qualifications:

  • You should have the passion and the motivation to work in the education industry.
  • The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university in USA/ UK.
  • Result-oriented deep critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills - writing, interviewing and research skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Almost a superhuman attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
