About the Role

It’s not just a job — together, we’re on a mission. We're committed to accelerating the energy transition, with the goal of empowering 2 million sustainable energy installations by 2035. But we cannot achieve this goal alone. We are looking for talent to strengthen our team, and work with others on what really matters.

The Team You Will Join

At iChoosr, you will join a team of 140 goal getters with a proactive approach, strong sense of ownership and strong interpersonal skills. Your colleagues work across the US, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Poland, Japan and Macedonia.

Introduction

We are experts in Human Engagement. We develop and create services that activate and target groups of consumers and companies. We connect communication, platform and delivery in a smartly thought-out customer journey. We have grown by organising group purchases of solar panels and energy for consumers. More than 2.7 million households in Europe have been set in motion by iChoosr and have opted for green electricity, solar panel installations or increasing their living comfort. We are developing new concepts in several markets to prepare our company for the future. We have set ambitious goals for this. By 2050, our goal is to have set 50 million people in motion.

Your Responsibilities

As a UK Relationship Manager, you are responsible for relationships between iChoosr and its Community Leaders. We organise solar and storage, energy and heat pump group buying schemes in close cooperation with a large number of Community Leaders including local authorities and different consumer oriented organisations. The challenge for iChoosr is to provide a smooth, reliable and efficient customer journey for all stakeholders: participating consumers, the community leaders and installers/suppliers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
