About Lloyd’s

Lloyd’s is the world’s leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace. Bringing together expertise, capital and innovation, we enable risk to be shared across a global network. Our purpose is to build a braver, more resilient future—and our values guide everything we do: being brave, working together, and doing what is right.

The Role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Capital Engagement to join our Member Services team. This role is central to delivering a high-quality, consistent experience for Lloyd’s capital stakeholders, including investors, members, investment managers and advisers. You will act as a single point of contact, managing relationships within your portfolio while coordinating responses to queries across Lloyd’s. This is a collaborative role, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to navigate a complex, matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop professional relationships with a portfolio of capital stakeholders, maintaining insight into their priorities and risks
  • Coordinate end-to-end responses to stakeholder queries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication
  • Support the onboarding of new members, investors, and capital structures by working across multiple internal teams
  • Help stakeholders navigate processes, requirements, and frameworks (including M&URs), ensuring clarity without providing advisory input
  • Capture and analyse stakeholder insight to inform engagement planning and service improvements
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and complaints in line with regulatory expectations
  • Contribute to management information and reporting on stakeholder trends and service performance
  • Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and stakeholder experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
