About the Company
Brightpath Healthcare is a leading provider of Complex Care services in the home. With a strong presence and proven record of success in both the Republic of Ireland and the UK, we are expanding our UK team, and we're looking for an experienced Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager to join our Growth Team to play a key role in expanding Brightpath Healthcare's complex care services across Greater London and the South East. Working with NHS commissioners, case managers and other referral partners, you'll build trusted relationships, identify new opportunities and deliver sustainable growth that enables more people with complex healthcare needs to receive outstanding care at home.
About the Role
We're looking for a commercially driven, compassionate professional who enjoys developing long-term relationships and shares our passion for bringing the best of healthcare into people's homes. This is a hybrid role combining home and office working, with regular travel across Greater London and the South East to meet customers and develop new partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Brightpath Healthcare's growth plan across Greater London and the South East.
- Build trusted relationships with NHS commissioners, case managers and other referral partners to generate sustainable growth and positive impact.
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities into high-quality complex care services.
- Work closely with your Operational, Clinical, People and Finance colleagues to ensure new services are mobilised successfully and achieve agreed objectives.
- Collaborate with our Brand team to raise Brightpath Healthcare's profile through networking, events and targeted marketing activity.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities, market intelligence and key stakeholder relationships using our CRM.
- Represent Brightpath Healthcare professionally, acting as an ambassador for our values and commitment to delivering outstanding complex care at home.
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Business Development Manager/Relationship Manager in the UK, ideally in complex health and social care.
- Knowledge and experience of growing within complex home care services is an advantage.
- Proven ability to deliver on targets and increase growth.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Promote Brightpath Healthcare’s values in placing our clients and families at the center of all decision making.

Required Skills
- Proven track record in Business Development/Relationship management in UK health and social care.
- Results driven, can demonstrate a track record of successfully growing services within health and social care
- Proven ability to deliver on targets and increase growth.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Promote Brightpath Healthcare’s values in placing our clients and families at the center of all decision making.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in complex home care services delivery
- Experience and knowledge of NHS commissioning structures
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 + Generous OTE + Car Allowance
