Redstone CIB Search are currently working with an International Corporate Bank who are looking to onboard several ‘hunter’ Corporate Relationship Managers / a team of bankers who cover either European, Middle East, Asia or LATAM SME clients. This particular Bank has a longstanding physical presence in these markets with an extensive product offering.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Client Management
- Manage and service existing clients.
- Nurture and develop relationship with existing clients, intermediaries, and partners.
- Grow revenue from existing clients through existing products and services as well as from new offerings.
- Capacity to engage and develop relationships with C-suite client level.
- Ability to develop a thorough understanding of client operations so as to present the optimal value offering to client.
Business Growth
- Be proactive and show initiatives for client and business growth.
- Identify potential new clients, intermediaries, and partners, and establish new relationships.
- Lead on client acquisition process.
- Management, analysis & reporting of CRM system.
- Coordinate and plan marketing initiatives such as road shows, conferences, etc.
- Ability and willingness to spend a significant amount of time for international business travel

Key Qualifications / Experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Corporate Banker, with 4 or more years as an acquirer of assets/clients.
- An existing network within clients in the target market segment should ideally already be in place.
- A proven track record of cultivating new relations through offering high quality investment services and advice.
- Ability to work with senior staff and progress with strategic initiatives, supporting the wider business objectives.
- Located in London.
