Relationship Manager, Healthcare – Bristol & Southwest

Summary

Salary: Competitive package available Location: Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum two days per week or 40% in office) Hours: Full-Time Essential: Ability to travel to clients in person

Would you cultivate long-term relationships within the healthcare sector to drive business growth? In this Relationship Manager role for our Commercial Banking Coverage team, you’ll support ambitious healthcare clients across the South West, helping them thrive through tailored funding solutions, strategic advice, and unparalleled service.

You’ll thrive if you share our passion for putting clients first—identifying opportunities to add value at every touchpoint while building a portfolio of approximately 110 clients. The healthcare landscape is evolving rapidly, and with it, so must we. As a trusted advisor, you’ll shape the future of banking by adapting to shifting regulations, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs—helping us become the UK’s best bank.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of 110+ healthcare clients (£10M–£25M turnover) in the South West region, fostering deep, trust-based relationships.
  • Act as a strategic partner, providing financial solutions (lenting, deposits, working capital, term funding) customised to clients’ needs.
  • Advocate for our bank by networking with local leaders, industry professionals, and accounting firms to attract high-value clients.
  • Drive portfolio growth through proactive sales, quick adaptations to market changes, and après mercenary performance.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management for your client base while delivering excellent customer service.

Your core responsibility? Make customers prosper. Whether through innovative mortgage products, sounding board for business challenges, or acting as someone they can trust implicitly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
