Location: London Salary Range: £78,372 – £87,080 Hours: Full-time Working Pattern: Hybrid (at least two days on-site) Closing Date: Thursday 02 July 2026

As a Relationship Manager, Mid Corporates (MCW), you’ll play a key role within Business & Commercial Banking, overseeing clients with turnovers between £25m – £500m. This diverse sector includes manufacturing, consumer and wholesale businesses, offering dynamic opportunities to develop strategic partnerships and expand market share.


What You’ll Be Doing

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile mid-sized corporate clients, addressing their needs across lending, deposits, and tailored financial solutions.
  • Develop new client relationships by proactively screening opportunities and engaging with key introducers, corporate finance hubs, and professionals.
  • Empower clients as strategic partners, delivering customer-centric value and supporting their financial ambitions.
  • Analyse market gaps and propose innovative banking propositions to secure Lloyds’ position as the preferred lender in this sector.
  • Lead regionally, advising senior management, mentoring junior colleagues, and advancing your own professional growth.
  • Strengthen Lloyds’ market presence by ensuring brand alignment and positioning us as a trusted advisor.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to curate bespoke products that meet dynamic client requirements.
  • Steward risk obligations by overseeing credit, legal compliance, and operational risk across your client base.
  • Support clients’ ESG strategies, accelerating their Net Zero transitions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years in Corporate or Commercial Banking, ideally with Mid Corporate (MCW) sector expertise.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management, pairing technical depth with commercial acumen.
  • Networked professional—strong ability to lever connections for new business opportunities.
  • Credit & risk assessment expertise, with the ability to drive collaborative recommendations with the Credit team.
  • Nuanced understanding of legal terms, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder engagement to mitigate risk.
  • Demonstrable success in business origination, customer-centric problem-solving, and industry trend forecasting.
