Company Description
Broka is a real-time loan sourcing and business management platform designed for brokers handling bridging, & development cases. It combines powerful search capabilities with practical case management tools, helping brokers identify active lenders, manage every enquiry, and keep stakeholders informed from a single interface. By centralizing sourcing, case management, and communication, Broka enables faster workflows, reduced administration, stronger compliance support, and new revenue opportunities. Lenders use Broka to publish criteria, receive better-matched cases, and gain clear visibility at the point of broker decision, resulting in more suitable cases and cleaner data from first contact to completion. Joining Broka means contributing to a more efficient, better connected brokerage ecosystem and helping lenders engage with live cases in a consistent, streamlined way.
Role Description
As a Relationship Manager at Broka, you will build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and lenders, ensuring they gain maximum value from the platform. On a day-to-day basis, you will onboard new users, provide product demonstrations, and support them in using Broka’s sourcing and case management features effectively. You will monitor active cases, follow up on enquiries, and proactively address issues or opportunities to improve broker and lender engagement. The role includes gathering feedback to inform product and process improvements, preparing simple reports on client activity, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational or technical concerns. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Allerton Bywater, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
