About the Role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager, ideally based in or within easy reach of London, to lead growth for our high-end US and Oxbridge education consulting services across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the UK market through proactive outreach, relationship building, and full-cycle consultative sales. You will identify and engage prospective families, schools, and partners, lead them through the decision-making process, and convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
You will be expected to independently generate and nurture new business opportunities via school visits, events, referrals, and targeted networking, while also leveraging inbound and marketing-generated leads. Working closely with the founder and wider team, you will develop and execute a structured sales plan, maintain a strong pipeline, and ensure a high-quality client experience from first contact through to handover to the counseling team.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth in the UK market through proactive outreach, relationship building, and full-cycle consultative sales.
- Identify and engage prospective families, schools, and partners.
- Lead prospective clients through the decision-making process.
- Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
- Generate and nurture new business opportunities via school visits, events, referrals, and targeted networking.

- Ensure a high-quality client experience from first contact through to handover to the counseling team.
Qualifications
- Strong background in consultative sales, with a proven track record of generating new business and managing high-value, relationship-driven sales cycles.
- Experience selling premium professional or advisory services (such as education consulting or wealth management) to affluent families or high-net-worth clients will be highly valued.
- Strong analytical abilities to understand complex family needs, assess student profiles, and shape tailored education pathways that support long-term outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Confidence to build trust with parents, students, and school stakeholders across the UK.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Education, Finance, or a related field.
- Additional training or certification in sales or client advisory considered an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making is advantageous.
