Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Priority Banking clients through proactive relationship management and advisory services.
- Conduct detailed financial reviews to understand clients' financial goals and recommend appropriate wealth solutions.
- Deepen existing client relationships through regular engagement, portfolio reviews and tailored investment discussions.
- Provide clients with relevant market insights, investment updates and wealth management solutions.
- Drive new-to-bank client acquisition through referrals, networking and business development activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue, sales and asset growth targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with investment, treasury and insurance specialists to provide holistic wealth solutions to clients.
- Organise and participate in client engagement events, seminars and networking activities.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and anti-money laundering standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, economic developments and wealth management products

The Successful Applicant
A successful Relationship Manager should have:
- 5-10 years of experience in Priority Banking, Private Banking or Wealth Management Relationship Management roles.
- Degree qualified in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
- Relevant regulatory certifications, including CMFAS qualifications or equivalent.
- Demonstrated track record of managing affluent or high-net-worth client portfolios and delivering strong revenue performance.
- Experience advising clients on investment, wealth management and financial planning solutions.
- Strong client acquisition and business development capabilities.
- Experience serving international client segments
- Excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, risk and compliance requirements within a wealth management environment.
- Self-driven, commercially minded and capable of thriving in a performance-oriented environment.
