Distribution Director – Wealth (Network AR Firms & National Advisers)
About The Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to support AR (Appointed Representative) firms and self-employed National advisers in running, growing, and prosperously exiting, via our Distribution Director – Wealth framework: "RAWGEX (Run, Profitably, Grow, Sustainably, Exit)".
Key Responsibilities
- Build Trusted Relationships: Develop strong business-to-business (B2B) relationships with AR firms and self-employed National advisers by delivering strategic, objective advice on their growth and operations.
- Align with Corporate Objectives: Ensure outcomes are aligned with Quilter’s commercial targets and sales performance.
- Collaborate for Growth: Work with AR principals and self-employed advisers to develop and implement strategies that fulfil their short-, medium-, and long-term goals across a broad geographical footprint.
- Coordinate Support: Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to provide tailored, coordinated support that enables AR firms to succeed in today’s complex regulatory environment.
- Value Creation for Partners: Enable firms to enhance profitability and sustainability while planning a confident transition to the next stage of their business lifecycle.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Support the effective onboarding of new AR firms and new National advisers to ensure productivity and integration.
- Compliance & Standards: Fulfill obligations in partnership with Risk and Compliance, ensuring decisions prioritise consistent, collaborative, and compliant decision-making aligned with the Consumer Duty.
- Regulatory Goals: As part of fulfilling the Consumer Duty, help drive customer-centric outcomes, balancing risk, reward, and compliance to deliver improved services, stability, and satisfaction.

About You
We’re looking for:
- Industry Expertise: An experienced professional with a wealth management sales background who understands the diverse dynamics of AR principals and self-employed advisers.
- Impactful Relationship Management: Experience and success building strong, commercially beneficial relationships with language, finesse, and professionalism.
- Networking and Onboarding: Skilled in navigating financial advice networks, understanding the workflows, compliance nuances, and needed support mechanisms.
- Deep Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of wealth, mortgages, protection propositions, platform assets, and liberation opportunities.
- Regulatory Stewardship: Clear knowledge of compliance requirements, adept at operating in a risk-managed environment.
- Regulatory compliance: Acting within Quilter’s robust governance framework to safeguard consumer interests through compliant decision-making.
