We’re looking for a Release & Environment Lead to play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality technology changes across our organisation. You’ll help shape how we manage releases and environments, ensuring our teams can innovate with confidence.

🔧What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading end-to-end release process, ensuring changes are deployed safely and effectively
  • Managing and optimising non-production and production environments
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team to plan release schedules and resolve dependencies
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tooling and automation
  • Monitoring releases and environments to ensure stability, performance and resilience
  • Supporting incident resolution and driving continuous improvement

💡What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in release management, environment management, or IT delivery
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles (Agile, DevOps, or similar)
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, or cloud platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
