We’re looking for a Release & Environment Lead to play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality technology changes across our organisation. You’ll help shape how we manage releases and environments, ensuring our teams can innovate with confidence.
🔧What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end release process, ensuring changes are deployed safely and effectively
- Managing and optimising non-production and production environments
- Collaborating with cross-functional team to plan release schedules and resolve dependencies
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tooling and automation
- Monitoring releases and environments to ensure stability, performance and resilience
- Supporting incident resolution and driving continuous improvement

💡What we’re looking for:
- Experience in release management, environment management, or IT delivery
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles (Agile, DevOps, or similar)
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, or cloud platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
