Release Manager - Quality Engineer - Test Management
Title – Release Manager - Quality Engineer - Test Management
Location: UK - Remote
Release Manager
The Release Manager will be responsible for implementing and governing a unified release management strategy for the Synergy programme. This role will work across all workstreams – functional, technical, integrations, data, reporting, extensions, and Ask Synergy – to create a disciplined approach for how code and configuration changes are tracked, approved, migrated, and deployed across environments throughout the programme lifecycle.
Quality Engineer - Test Management
- UK Citizen with a minimum of 5 years residency in UK
- Strong Release Management experience across large, multi workstream ERP programme (Oracle Fusion preferred).
- Proven ability to design, implement, and govern end to end release management processes across functional, technical, integration, extensions, data, and reporting domains.
- Hands on DevSecOps experience, including build management, code/configuration version control, and CI/CD concepts (GitLab essential).
- Experience selecting, implementing, and governing release and environment management tooling.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to define consistent processes and embed disciplined ways of working.

- Experience working with Oracle Cloud tools such as Config Snapshot.
- Experience delivering within hybrid onshore/offshore models.
- Background in complex multi organization programmers.
- Understanding of integration delivery, reporting (OTBI/FDI), and extensions.
- Familiarity with Agile Waterfall hybrid delivery models.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration management and how functional changes are deployed through environments.
