Purpose and Mission

As a Reliability Engineer, you’ll drive high-performance equipment, minimize failures, and ensure long-term excellence in our plant operations. Combining data-driven analysis with hands-on experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in: ✅ Long-Term Asset Planning (LTAP) ✅ Capital expenditure (Capex) evaluations

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze & Improve Reliability

    • Review maintenance data to identify trends and mitigate risks
    • Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to prevent repeated failures
    • Define and implement optimized maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, lubrication, failure-finding)
  • Technical Leadership & Risk Management

    • Drive FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) for critical assets
    • Elevate maintenance plans with data-backed improvements
  • Asset & Spare Parts Management

    • Optimize spare parts inventory strategies
    • Collaborate with suppliers for technical evaluations and procurement decisions
  • Long-Term Asset & Investment Planning

    • Manage LTAP to assess asset condition, risks, and strategic investments
    • Influence Capex decisions by ensuring high standards in new equipment selection

Skills & Experience

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
  • 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, asset management, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in:
    • RCFA, FMECA, and predictive maintenance tools
    • SAP CMMS or equivalent systems (a plus)
    • Data analysis and structured troubleshooting
