Job Title: Relief Lunchtime Supervisor

Salary: £12.85 per hour

Location: Tenacres First School, Redditch

Role Description

Tenacres First School is a creative, forward-looking school with friendly, committed staff providing a happy, supportive, and nurturing environment to our pupils, staff, and parents.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Relief Lunchtime Supervisors.

The role involves supporting our pupils in continuing to develop their personal and social skills. Supervisors support pupils in following routines around the school during lunchtime. In addition, the role includes supporting pupils in establishing and following school procedures and routines in the dining area and in the playground.

Supervisors are expected to be a good role model to our pupils as they work with them in a reliable, committed, and dedicated way, showing a genuine interest in their continuing development and well-being.
