Ideal Candidate
🔹 Enthusiastic about early childhood education (no formal qualifications required, but a passion for working with children is essential) 🔹 Experience in early years settings is welcomed (yet not mandatory) 🔹 Empathy and understanding of children’s individual needs 🔹 Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a busy, supportive environment
