About Our Nursery – Hertford Hartham Park

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Assist in preparing and delivering educational activities for children.
- Support team in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
- Help children develop socially, emotionally, and physically through play-based learning.
- Ensure welfare and safety of all children at all times.
(Note: Hourly rates differ above national minimum wage levels for candidates under 21.)
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications & Experience
- No formal qualifications required, although prior experience in early years settings is useful.
- A passionate interest in early childhood education.
Personal Attributes
- Empathy and understanding – respecting children as individual learners.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with kids and supporting their growth and development.
