Busy Bees Birmingham Longbridge is an Outstanding nursery (as rated by Ofsted), with:

You will be a crucial part of the team focused on:
- Assisting in planning and delivering educational play-based activities tailored to children’s needs
- Supporting the team in maintaining a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging holistic development by engaging children in social, emotional and physical play-based learning
- Prioritizing the well-being and safety of all children
Hz Rates
- For employees under 21: Consistent above the National Minimum Wage
- For employees aged 21 and above: £12.75 per hour
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:
✔ Eager to grow and learn in early childhood education ✔ Passionate about working with children and supporting their individual growth ✔ Possess empathy and an understanding of each child’s unique journey
No formal qualifications are required, but prior experience in an early years setting is a bonus. This role is perfect for those beginning their career in childcare or wanting to develop their skills with an experienced team.
