Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with and support the delivery of educational activities for children in alignment with the Busy Bees Bee Curriculum
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, supporting the broader early years team
  • Promote wholesome social, emotional, and physical development through engaging, play-based learning
  • Prioritize welfare and safety: Ensure all children are protected, well cared for, and happy

Requirements for This Role

No formal qualifications are required.

We are looking for:

  • A true passion for working with young children and supporting their development
  • Empathy and adaptability – children (and families) are unique, and flexibility is essential!
  • Personal resilience and an ability to bond quickly with a diverse, multidisciplinary team

Any prior early years-related experience is highly beneficial but not essential.
