What You’ll Do as an Early Years Assistant
- Help plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Act as a ‘Key Person’, building trust with each child and their families
- Track progress via observations and share insights with salariés
We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with children under 5
- Empathy – recognising that every child has unique needs
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Any background with children (preferably as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Assistant, or Nurse) is a plus
