Join Our Team at Busy Bees – Leading Nursery Group in the UK
As a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding care and education to children at Busy Bees. Your expertise will play a key role in supporting the development of our Bee Curious curriculum, while guiding and mentoring unqualified team members. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early years education and are looking to take on greater responsibility in a thriving and supportive setting.

About Our Nursery
Join our dedicated team at Busy Bees, Stowmarket, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 112 children. Our purpose-built facility includes:
- Spacious outdoor explorers’ areas
- Rooms tailored to different age groups

What To Expect
As a Level 3 Early Years Assistant
- Support planning and delivering educational activities
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Act as Key Person, building relationships with children and families
- Track progress through observations and assessments
Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 Early Years Education qualification
- Experience working with children under five
- Empathy for individual differences
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Preferred: Previous work in early years roles (e.g., Leader, Assistant, or Nursery Practitioner).
