Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant Role

About the Role

As a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant at Busy Bees, you’ll lead care and education for children while implementing our Bee Curious curriculum. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & deliver engaging early years activities
  • Safeguard, nurture, and stimulate a child-centred learning environment
  • Key Person role (build family trust through personalised child engagement)
  • Track progress through observations and assessments

Ideal Candidate

You’ll thrive if you have:

  • Level 3 Early Years education qualification
  • Hands-on experience with under-5s
  • Empathy & understanding for individual child needs
  • Strong organisational & communication skills

Helpful but not essential: Previous roles as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Assistant, or Nurse.
