Your role will support the delivery of outstanding care and education for children at Busy Bees. You’ll play a key role in fostering our Bee Curious curriculum while mentoring junior team members within a fast-growing, supportive nursery group.

Assuring—and Fundamental Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Early Years Assistant, you’ll:
- Collaborate in planning engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Serve as a Key Person, building trust with children and families.
- Assess and record developmental progress using observation tools.
- Support the head teacher and registered manager in day-to-day operations.
Ideal CandidateProfile
Required:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education / Childcare.
- Demonstrated skills in supporting children under 5.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, nurturing environments.
- Strong communication skills—parent-engagement experience is ideal.
Preferred: Previous experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Nurse, or Assistant.
