Relief Pharmacist
Senior Pharmacist – Patient-First Pharmacy Services
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a mix of NHS, locally commissioned, and private services through both in-store and digital platforms
- Ensuring strict adherence to professional and legal standards while prioritising patient safety and pharmacy compliance
- Consistently monitoring, evaluating, and improving standards of care for optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop the broader healthcare team’s capabilities
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues to foster a talented workforce that reflects the communities we serve
- Actively representing Boots in local community engagements and consultations with healthcare professionals
What You’ll Need
Must-Have Requirements
- Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, or PSI)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience leading patient care, consultation, and customer service in a pharmacy setting
- A strong passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private healthcare services
- A naturally collaborative mindset, committed to team-first principles with a desire to guide others

- Experience in enhanced pharmacy services (e.g., clinical services, vaccination programmes)
