Relief Recovery Support Worker (Forest Road Service) – Loughborough
£12.85 per hour + rolled-up holiday pay Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire Contract type: Relief/Bank
About the Role
We are seeking warm, resourceful, energetic, and diverse team members to join our Relief Recovery Support Worker role at Forest Road in Loughborough.
Our step-through accommodation service offers holistic, person-centred support to up to seven Service Users, ensuring individualised care and cultivating independence.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Key Worker/Co-worker, providing personalised support to Service Users.
- Collaborating with individuals’ circles of support (including families) to develop meaningful, person-centred plans aligned with unique needs and aspirations.
- Setting aspirational, achievable goals tailored to each person’s personal journey, guiding them toward happier, healthier futures.
- Supporting Service Users in ensuring their well-being and personal goals in a recovery-focused environment.

Requirements
You will need:
- Previous experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges in community, residential, or inpatient settings.
- A commitment to positive outcomes through person-centred recovery.
- Strong communication skills and a ability to work collaboratively.
- The flexibility to manage ad-hoc relief shifts within the UK, supporting all areas through our Creative Support app.
