Relief Security Officer
Sites Officer – Customer Service Role
Location: The Sidings Watford
Shift Pattern
4 days on, 4 days off 24/7 shifts (days & nights) 24 hours per week
Pay Rate
£15.39 per hour
About the Role
ABM is seeking a friendly, professional, and responsible Sites Officer to provide a first-class customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Engage with visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Conduct regular patrols, monitor unauthorised access, and manage emergencies in line with site policies.
Communication:
- Collaborate closely with ABM’s Duty Management team to report and address incidents efficiently.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, emergencies, and non-conformances.
Teamwork:
- Work effectively with Environmental Services and other teams to ensure a cohesive service.
Required Skills & Experience
Licensing Requirements
Must hold:
- SIA License (minimum: Door Supervisor’s License)
- First Aid Certification

- Attention to meticulous detail during cleaning duties.
