Relief Security Officer
Site Security & Cleaning Officer (UKAWA) Location: The Sidings, Waterloo
Role Overview
This is a critical operational position requiring a flexible, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Shift Pattern: 4 ON, 4 OFF – 24 hours per week (days and nights, evenings/weekends/public holidays will apply) Pay Rate: £15.39 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Engage visitors and clients with a friendly, professional, and empathetic service.
- Conduct regular site patrols, monitor unauthorised access, and handle emergencies in-line with site policies.
Communication & Liaison
- Partner closely with the ABM Duty Management Team to ensure incidents are recorded and managed efficiently.
Record Keeping
- Log all incidents, emergencies, and non-conformances accurately and promptly.
Team Collaboration
- Work together with Environmental Services and other teams to uphold high standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Overnight cleaning officer duties include:
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained working environment.
- Promoting health and sanitation standards.
- Operating maintenance equipment and stock control as required.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
✅ Valid SIA License (Must hold a Door Supervisor’s license or above) ✅ Certified in First Aid ⚠ Desirable: CCTV license (if able, benefits communication)
