Relief/Bank Support Worker – £12.85 per hour plus rolled-up holiday pay Warwick, Warwickshire – Flexible working
About the Role We are seeking warm, flexible, and motivated Relief Support Workers to deliver person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities within our innovative Housing with Care and Support service in Warwick.
This model enables tenants to live independently in their own homes while receiving tailored support. Some of the people we support may have complex physical or other health and social care needs.
As a Relief Support Worker, you will:
- Assist tenants in maximising their wellbeing and independence
- Provide respectful personal care and support with household tasks
- Promote opportunities for personal development and community engagement
- Inspire residents to lead fulfilling, valued lives
This is a relief/bank role, ideal if you are looking for flexibility to fit around personal commitments, study, or caring responsibilities.
Job Details
- Rate: £12.85 per hour + rolled-up holiday pay
- Location: Warwick, Warwickshire
- Employment Type: Part-time relief/worker bank (picks up shifts via app)
- Essential: 12 months’ previous care experience

Requirements
- Essential:
- Proven 12+ months’ care experience
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with learning disability support, physical disabilities, or health/social care environments
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring person-centred support aligned with each resident’s unique needs
- Assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and household tasks
- Encouraging continued independence and active community participation
- Upholding health, safety, and security protocols
- Committing to flexible shift availability (don’t be surprised if a regular’s needs suddenly require extra help!)
