We are looking for a compassionate individual to join our dedicated staff team at our Birmingham services as a Relief Support Worker.
As a member of our team, you will support people with learning disabilities in achieving their life goals and integrating into the local community. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and helping individuals achieve an excellent quality of life, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will provide respectful personal care, practical, and emotional support to our service users. You will assist them in participating in the local community and develop warm, trusting relationships to help them thrive. Flexibility is key, as you will work shifts over the weekend, including waking nights. Collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service is an essential part of this role.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
- While a relevant professional qualification is desirable, the most important qualities are warmth and a person-centred approach.
