Relocate to Manchester - Developer seeks Project Manager/Design Manager for Hotel and Spa project
£100,000 - £120,000 p.a.
Are you an experienced Project Manager or Design Manager interested in joining the delivery team of a brand-new hotel and spa scheme in the heart of Manchester?
If you would like to play a key role in taking a high-profile project through construction to completion, this could be the opening for you. We are seeking a technically strong professional from an architecture, engineering, or built environment background, with proven experience in MEP coordination and complex project delivery. You will oversee multidisciplinary design interfaces, coordinate architectural, structural, and building services packages, and resolve technical challenges to keep delivery on track.
