About The Role
As part of our office based Remarketing team, you will be responsible for supporting our MotorTrade customers. This will be in a variety of ways – over the phone, emails and by offering support to their account manager.
You will be supporting with many after sales duties, including co-ordinating incoming payments on our daily treasury, and processing the release of vehicles following payment. Working very closely with internal stakeholders including our account managers and business managers, attention to details and excellent communication skills are key. You will have a support network mind-set, offering team support where needed.

What We’re Looking For
You've got a great telephone manner and enjoy working at pace. You'll be confident in taking ownership of all that comes your way whether it be a phone call from a MotorTrade customer, a request from an internal account manager or checking the reconciliation of payments.
You’ll Also Be Able To Demonstrate

The package
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £25,353 plus a bonus of up to £1,100. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
