Remediation Acceleration Manager

Location: London – Corsica Street Salary: £50,849.00 - £69,918.00 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Clarion, a winner of the Employer of the Year Housing Heroes Awards 2025.

We are seeking a Remediation Acceleration Manager to lead our programme of external wall system works, ensuring a streamlined and coordinated approach across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate appraisal outcomes into actionable programmes of work, allocating schemes across Building Safety Team, Asset Investment, or original developers.
  • Collaborate closely with all teams to support funding through the Cladding Safety Scheme and provide accurate reporting to key stakeholders, including:
    • MHCLG
    • Homes England
    • Clarion Group
    • Housing Association Board
  • Develop and manage clear project and workstream plans, structuring activities to align with organisational delivery objectives and the project framework.
  • Gather inputs (e.g., research, workshops) to shape and finalise project deliverables.
  • Oversee data and analytical reporting, translating complex information into:
    • Clear updates
    • Meaningful reports
    • Effective presentations supporting decision-making

Requirements

  • Strong project and programme management experience, with a proven ability to deliver complex workstreams in a structured way.
  • Confidence working with large, technical data sets, synthesising insights clearly.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Governmentdfrac requirements
    • Funded programme delivery processes
  • Experience in social housing, specialising in:
    • Building safety
    • Maintenance
    • Technical surveying
