Remediations Scheduler

Full time, Permanent

Hebburn, Newcastle

Jet Aire are looking for a Remediations Scheduler to coordinate all-round lining activities and become the key connection between teams, clients, and success.

More about the role:

  • Strategically program and administer all works.
  • Respond to all emails/queries.
  • Be the point of contact and liaison with clients.
  • Point of contact for all Remediation Engineers.
  • Provide general support for the Service Delivery Manager/ Remediations Manager.
  • Contact customers and plan jobs.
  • Scheduling all WIPs on the system.
  • Scoping and reviewing of jobs/footage.
  • Involvement in ensuring driver/ vehicle compliance with ‘O’ Licence requirements.
  • Invoicing knowledge to assist during holidays.
  • Coordinating and booking training.
  • Maintain PPE levels.
  • Administration of My Compliance.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Experience managing staff in an office or field-based setting.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills is advantageous.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and stay focused under pressure.
