We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Remittance Growth & Partnerships Manager to support the growth of our business through customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
Role Summary
The Remittance Growth & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving transaction growth,
- Developing new business opportunities,
- Building strategic partnerships, and
- Supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding M'Cube Global’s presence and increasing transaction volumes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and implement strategies to increase remittance transaction volumes and revenue.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Support customer onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Promote M'Cube Global’s products and services to target markets.

Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with:
- Businesses,
- Community organisations, and
- Referral partners.
- Develop and manage partnership programmes to drive growth.
- Represent M'Cube Global at networking events and community engagements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
Market Development
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs.
- Recommend new markets, products, and growth opportunities.
Reporting & Performance
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on customer acquisition, transaction volumes, and revenue growth.
- Prepare periodic reports and provide insights to management.
- Support the development and execution of growth initiatives in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in:
- Remittance,
- Payments,
- Banking,
- Fintech, or
- Financial services.
- Proven experience in:
- Sales,
- Business development,
- Partnerships, or
- Customer acquisition.
- Excellent:
- Communication,
- Negotiation, and
- Relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet growth targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable
- Knowledge of international remittance and payment services.
- Existing network within:
- Diaspora communities,
- SMEs, or
- Community organisations.
- Experience in:
- Partnership development,
- Customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with:
- CRM systems, and
- Digital marketing tools.
